  • One hour cruises are only available from 4pm each day.

  • You are required to arrive at our departure location at least 10 minutes prior to your cruise departure time

  • In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a cruise due to extreme weather conditions, you will have the option to reschedule your cruise, receive a Gift Voucher or a full refund

Cancellation Policy
  • Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
