Children under 6 years are not allowed to fly as per the Australian aviation rules
The flight path is subject to change without notice as dependant on wind speed with the decision being made by the pilot with the safety of passengers in mind
The flight time can slightly alter on the day, should the weather conditions hinder the safety of the balloon flight
Any flight altered or cancelled between 8 and 14 days prior to flight date – will incur a $25 cancellation fee per person deducted from your refund or full credit will held against the re-booking of your flight

Cancellation Policy
• Any flight altered or cancelled between 8 and 14 days prior to flight date & time
– will incur a $25 cancellation/ alteration fee per person. This may be charged directly at the time, deducted from your refund or credit will held against the re-booking of your flight.
• Any flight altered or cancelled between 72 hours (3 days) and 7 days prior to flight date & time
will incur a rebooking fee of $50.00 per person. This may be charged directly at the time, deducted from your refund or credit will held against the re-booking of your flight.
• Any flight altered or cancelled within 72 hours prior to flight date & time
will forfeit the full fare per person and will not be refunded.
